Arrivals and Departures
Bookings normally begin on Saturday at 4 p.m. and
end on Saturday 10 a.m.

Deposit
When the clients receive the key, they are liable to pay an
inventory deposit of € 150,00 (against any loss
or damage caused by the clients) plus € 150,00
for animals, which BELLA TOSCANA will refund
on the leaving day after a check of the villa.
Number
of persons
The maximum number of persons for each villa must be
respected, being adults or children. If not, BELLA
TOSCANA can cancel the booking or refuse extra
persons. |

Payment
At the moment of the booking a deposit of a third
must be paid. The total amount must be received by
BELLA TOSCANA at the arrival of the clients.
Should
the client have to cancel, he should inform us as
soon as possible and the following cancellation fees
will occur:
before holiday start date a third of the total
amount will be held.
Should
BELLA TOSCANA be in the impossibility to fulfill the
booking, another similar object will be offered or
the amount paid will be refunded.
